1. Confirm the GCash result
Open the original GCash transaction and check whether it is successful, pending or failed. A screenshot of the payment request is not proof that the transfer completed. Save the actual reference number, amount, date and time.
2. Check the NASA11 cashier history
Refresh the wallet once, then open the deposit or transaction history. Look for the same amount and approximate time. Note whether the cashier shows pending, rejected, expired or completed.
3. Compare the details
- Was the amount exactly the same as the cashier request?
- Was the payment completed before the request expired?
- Did you use the payment flow generated inside the account?
- Is there a cashier transaction ID as well as a GCash reference?
4. Prepare a concise support report
Provide the account identifier, amount, payment date and time, GCash reference number, cashier transaction ID and current status. Remove unrelated wallet balances or personal messages from screenshots. Never include an MPIN, OTP or password.
5. Wait for the existing case
Keep the support case or chat reference and avoid opening multiple conflicting reports. Do not send a second deposit to prove the first issue. Processing time varies by payment channel, so use the status provided for that specific transaction.

Possible causes include a still-pending payment, expired cashier request, mismatched amount, delayed payment-provider confirmation or a temporary wallet display issue. Only the transaction records can identify which applies.
